Kirana, Bali

A joint endeavor of the Royal Sukawati Family and Japanese Cosmetics Company Shiseido, the elegant Kirana Spa offers treatments fit for a king.

Shiseido looked to age-old relaxation techniques while developing Kirana spa treatments. “Shoku” and “Atsu” help relieve stress and stiffness with pressure point therapy; by combining these two techniques, the body and soul are reinvigorated with new energy. “Rhythm of Respiration” offers respiration therapy, calming hectic fast breathing to a deeper slower pace. “Tokumyaku” and “Ninmyaku” focus on the core of the body, its center and aim to increase the flow of the body’s inner energy, or “Qi”. The main goal of Kirana’s spa treatments is to increase the flow of energy throughout the entire body.
