At Spirit Yoga, which offers 20 different yoga classes, it is quite likely that you will roll out your mat next to a star. Esther Schweins, Christian Kahrmann and Nathalie Portman have all practised yoga here.

Spirit Yoga’s director, Patricia Thielemann (star of “Lindenstrasse”) trained under Guru David Life in Los Angeles. In the kitschy but peaceful Rosenhöfen in Berlin Mitte, she opened her first studio in a light-flooded attic space. More recently, she opened a branch in Charlottenburg, where there is also a sauna room and massage treatments offered by the renowned physiotherapy clinic, Rühlmann & Klohß.
