Die Bank, Hamburg

Exquisite cuisine for demanding guests – “Die Bank” in Hamburg pays its guests, even if they have to pay for the experience.

“Die Bank” is a simulated bank atmosphere, which offers top rate cuisine within one of the oldest banks in Hamburg. Built in 1897, it housed the German Hypotheken bank for several decades. After renovation and redesign, it reopened its doors in November of 2004 in the shape of a restaurant and bar, retaining, however, its prior atmosphere of a bank. One of the attractive characteristics of the restaurant, apart from the quality of the food, is the safe in which the wine is stored. This restaurant, like all banks, has something for accounts both big and small, offering the finest of traditional German cuisine.
