“Eat just like at mamas” – that’s the slogan which is proudly employed at each of the three Berlin branches of the Petrocelli Italian restaurant. For the last 16 years the Petrocelli family from Montalbano Jonico in South Italy have been serving all manner of traditional delicacies from Vitello Tonnato to caprese to delicious stone-baked pizzas. The absolute highlight here is Mama Ada’s homemade pasta – a hit with customers and Constanze G. González alike. And it’s not just local Berlin celebs who have sampled the delights of Petrocelli; international names such as Bruce Willis, Michelle Pfeiffer and Dennis Rodman have all tucked into a hearty dish or two.
