Berlin’s award-winning restaurant – Restaurant 44 is home to Germany’s chef of the year and the desired “Michelin” star.

The motto of Restaurant 44 is “tradition and evolution”, a symbol for the multifaceted talent in its kitchen. Tim Raue offers specialties native to Berlin and also more avant-garde dishes, including among others king crab, cranberry sorbet and salad, halibut fillet seasoned with apples and lemon, and even grapefruit and Thai-peppered jus. That is enough to make any tongue water. The Restaurant 44 is made especially for lunches, with the guarantee that no guest will wait longer than 44 minutes for a business lunch, an uncanny understanding of the workings of the fast-paced world. An aroma rich 2-course meal averages around 17 Euro, while three courses cost around 23 Euro.
