The Restaurant Wielandshöhe is in Stuttgart. It’s a restaurant with a real feel-good factor as much as it is a cool gourmet temple. The Head Chef is Vincent Klink who can also be seen now and again on TV cookery shows and thanks to his skill the Restaurant Wielandshöhe has gained a Michelin Star. The dishes on offer here are traditional but with a modern spin. With that I mean the meals are down-to-earth, without the usual fussy bells and whistles but still remain great experiences for the gourmet. They’re not contrived, they’re just perfect. My favourite: veal!
