Schneeweiß, snow white, the name certainly fits. No matter where you cast your glance the theme is simple: white. Walls and ceiling, leather benches, and the bar are all pure, clear white, leaving only the floor and the chairs as accents in brown.
Designers Denis Ranogajec and Ralf Kern from Unit Berlin Corporate Design and Architecture opened the suave Restaurant Schneeweiß in 2004. But it's not just the multiple award-winning interior design concept that brings people in. A mix of local heros, celebrities, families, students, and scene people of all walks of life meet here for romantic dinners and snappy business lunches. Dishes range from classics such as Wiener schnitzel and warm potato salads to the finest gourmet alpine delicacies: Goat cheese au gratin with orange confiture or stewed rabbit's leg with lemon-thyme sauce, and parfaits of every variety. A constantly changing online menu (that also features some choice vegetarian dishes) includes wine recommendations. A final special highlight is the Alpine brunch buffet on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
