In the Silk Restaurant in Frankfurt, 10-course meals are served to guests who are meant to lie down in the ultra relaxed lounge atmosphere.

The generously comfortable white lounge chairs and couches create an unmatched feeling of relaxation for all guests. Each week the 10-course menu is changed, offering selections such as “Blütenkräutersalat” (budding herbs salad), “Iberico Schinken” (Spanish ham), Foie Gras, and white asparagus. The relaxed atmosphere is created mainly by the lounge theme, yet it is reinforced by the presence of a DJ that plays tracks influenced heavily by oriental tones. The restaurant itself is situated within a techno club, making it perhaps the only place on earth where you can enjoy world-class food in such a “cool” atmosphere.
