Blancpain's Villeret collection has been newly interpreted for 2012: the result is the Villeret Chronographe Monopoussoir Quantiéme Complet, a chronograph with a stop-function, a complete calendar, and a moon-phase display. These features have been skillfully integrated, allowing for quick and easy adjustment.
The original 2011-released Blancpain chronograph offered a combination of the Villeret collection's stylistically pure design, and impressive watchmaking skill on a technical level. To offer a full calendar and a moon-phase display in one watch is no easy feat, but both features are seamless integrated here.

The Manufakturkaliber 66CM8 mechanism (which forms the basis of the chronograph) is protected by sapphire glass and a special technology which prevents accidental damage due to improper operation. No special tools are required for fine adjustments, and the stop-function can now be turned on and off with the single button.

Visually, the new Chronographe Monopoussoir Quantiéme Complet has retained much of the original's classic beauty. The 40mm case can be ordered in a red-gold with an opaline dial, or in a stainless steel version with a white dial.
