Protecting your bicycle from opportunistic thieves is about to get more important. A new Gucci bicycle is about as prime a target as it's possible to find.

High-end Italian bicycle manufacturer Bianchi has built two new bicycles in collaboration with Frida Giannini, Gucci's creative director. Both are now available in selected Gucci stores, along with matching accessories. The collaboration is thematically based on travel motifs, concepts that are important to both companies.

Two models are available to choose from. One is a classic steel-frame race-bike outfitted with a modern straight-bar. The second is an off-road machine made with a carbon-fiber with disc-brakes and a carbon fork. Both feature Gucci details, including the green-red-green Gucci colors.

Matching bicycle accessories

Frida Giannini also designed matching accessories: gloves, a water bottle, and a stylish helmet.
