Lubin fragrances allow you to have an elegant piece of Paris wherever you happen to be. Perfumer Pierre Francois Lubin opened his first store in the Rue Sainte Anne in 1798 selling toiltetries such as bath salts and cosmetics as well as his first ever fragrance, Eau Vivifante. Almost 300 years later and a new fragrance, Idole, hits the stores, the 466th from the house of Lubin. It has an exciting, adventurous aroma which reminds one of faraway places; achieved no doubt due to the exotic ingredients which include saffron blooms, smoked ebony and sugarcane. Even the bottle itself is reminiscent of a romantic voyage to foreign climes, shaped as it is like a sail blowing in the wind.
