“Well, where else could I recommend but our own Wakiya restaurant! It’s headed by the same unparalleled team behind the NOBU restaurants: Nobu Matsuhisa, Richie Notar, Meir Teper and Robert De Niro. It takes its name from its Japanese Chef de Cuisine Yuji Wakiya who creates innovative yet traditional Chinese dishes incorporating a Japanese perspective. It’s simply brilliant. The dishes are not only superbly harmonized and extremely healthy but also so artistically arranged they look as thought they’ve been painted on the plate.”
