The body of “Queen Mary” encases more than meets the eye, boasting a powerful engine with the classic Ferrari 12-cylinder sound. The 365 GT 2+2 is one of Ferrari’s true gems.

The “Queen Mary” of the Ferraris is named so because of its extremely elegant design and appearance. Its power, however, is done a disservice by this name. The 320 horsepower 2+2 seater was the first in its class to boast an independent suspension, making for shocking comfort in a sports car. Its power steering, which then was likewise unheard of and revolutionary, created an unparalleled driveability. Between 1967 and 1971, 836 models were sold. Until today, the “Queen Mary” remains underrated, going for prices between 80,000 and 100,000 Euro. Ferrari connoisseurs see in the 365 GT 2+2 an affordable way to obtain top rate sports car performance in an elegant design, and rightly so. That is, if you are able to find one for sale.
