A small Ferrari, which at first wasn’t even accepted as one. With its feminine beauty and driveability, however, the DINO has stood up to its older brothers – and that even up to today. Eric Clapton fell in love with it, Barbara Streisand as well. The little DINO 246 GT is the official homage to the engineer Alfredo Ferrari, the son of Enzo Ferrari who died unnaturally young. Alfredo, whose nickname was “Dino”, came up with the engine construction of the Ferrari 6-cylinder engine. With its six cylinders, however, this DINO can really roar. On top of this is the DINO’s elegant appearance (featuring never before seen curved fenders), making it worth its going rate of 100,000 – 150,000 Euro. The 4000 DINO models were produced between 1967 and 1973.
