SSC stands for Shelby Super Cars – and that for good reason, as the Shelby Ultimate Aero TT is the current leader of entire Formula-1 league.
The figures speak for themselves: The Aero boasts a staggering horsepower of 1,183 and a torque displacement of 1,483 N-m. The Twin Turbo V8 engine has a top speed of 388 km/h and needs only 2.8 seconds to reach 100 km/h. For those of you who don’t need record-breaking speed, yet desire the power of the SSC, there is always the “smaller” Aero model, with a 793 horsepower, or the ultimate with 1,046 horses.
