The days of constantly having to bother with going down to the gym every day are over for me these days since I own the Kinesis Personal from Technogym. It’s a great machine and has around 200 exercise programmes including wellness, toning and sport all in one unit and all of this takes up a mere 1m2. Under each training cateogory there are a further five options to choose from to determine the difficulty level you wish to exercise at. You can even practice Tai Chi and yoga with the Kinesis. And rather than the traditional hulking exercise equipment which looked so ugly in a room this is actually also something of a designer object and you can choose from a wide selection of colour schemes – cream, black, limited edition gold, leather finish or Vision which is constructed from reflective stainless steel. The Kinesis really makes exercising fun!
