Badrutt´s Palace, Switzerland

There’s been a change in philosophy at this classical luxury hotel – now Badrutt´s Palace in St. Moritz is setting a new eco-standard.
This exclusive hotel in the Swiss holiday resort of St Moritz has developed an eco-consciousness. For one thing they are installing a whole new, and very costly, heating system which will utilize a heat pump and draws water from nearby Lake St Moritz.
As a result the hotel is happy to say that they will be using 400,000 fewer liters of heating oil every year and lowering their carbon emissions by 1,000 tonnes per annum.
