Green Magic Nature Resort, Southern India

The elevator is made out of rattan, decorated with shells and hydro powered. Emerging from the jungle and into the treetops, taking you to your bed under the open sky, complete with verandah and the best view over Kerala’s primeval forest.
No sweat there are showers and toilets, water is piped upwards using only a system of piping and gravity.
Adventure is up here in the treetops. The resort was built on a plantation abandoned over fifty years ago – today it’s the home of a herd of wild elephants seen from above.
