To the front lies the Place Des Vosges with its aristocratic beauty: bars and cafes, elegant fashion houses, the noble restaurant L'Ambroisie and art galleries, all housed under its arcades. Only a few short steps into one of its inner courtyards guests find themselves at the Pavillon de le Reine. A house lined with ivy hidden from the rat race with rooms in warm tones, open hearths and age-old wooden beams. Some rooms are still decorated in the style of Louis XVII, many others have been sensitively modernised. Just as with all historic Parisian houses the rooms can be on the small side, however a big plus for the house is its setting and there's 24 hour room service, a rarity for small Parisian hotels.
