This bar provides guests with delirious views, both inside and out. The exteriors: the magical Hong Kong skyline. The interiors: a Phillippe Starck designed bar.
In a city as crowded and chaotic as Hong Kong, you can sometimes loose sight of the sky, and even a sense of perspective. Especially when you’re always down on street level. Which is why it’s quite important to be able to get to the top of one of the city’s many skyscrapers from time to time, and look out to the horizon.
The 28th floor of the Peninsula Tower in central Hong Kong should do the trick.
There, where Bar Felix is located, you will find windows that run from floor to ceiling so that the views out over Hong Kong’s harbour are equally good from every vantage point.
And legendary French designer Phillipe Starck is responsible for the interiors, everything from the white bar stools and chairs to the huge fabric room dividers that separate the bar from the restaurant.
The best view in the whole place can be found at the slightly elevated, glowing bar. From there you’ll get not only a fantastic view of the city but also of the party goers inside of Felix itself.
