Bukhara

Anyone can fall in love with The Bukhara in New Delhi. Offering classic Indian cuisine, the restaurant is situated in the famed Maurya Sheraton Hotel, whose guests have included a plethora of Bollywood stars as well as former U.S. president Bill Clinton.
So what did Clinton eat in Bukhara? The restaurant offers unique delicacies such as snail porridge and poached salmon with licorice. Appetizers cost 18 to 30 Euro, an exorbitant rate for Indian food. And don’t expect plates and silverware to be included in this price: local tradition means eating with your fingers – even in Bukhara.
