The name Crudo speaks to the kitchen’s offerings of raw natural foods. All ingredients are supposed to be changed as little as possible from their original state, and each plate painstakingly prepared and presented.

Whether it’s a stellar sashimi or tuna fish roast beef with chestnut honey, the meals here are true works of culinary art. An enormous wine selection compliments the delicious food, or can be enjoyed solo at the bar. For those who didn’t get their fill at dinner, the lounge offers a light buffet every night. The lounge is the heart of Crudo, combining retro furniture from the 60s and 70s with modern touches. A rotation of DJ’s ensure that lounge guests are entertained late into the night.
