World’s Most Interesting Restaurants

Joël Robuchon, Las Vegas

Internationally-renowned French chef Joël Robuchon has amassed some 24 Michelin stars in various restaurants. Little wonder then that he was named Chef of the Century by the Gault Millau guide! Quality is certainly assured in the Las Vegas restaurant which bears his name and Philipp Plein explains why he is such a fan: „In a city like this which is so loud and vibrant and which places a lot of emphasis on fast food and catering to the masses, Joël Robuchon, which incidentally only has five tables, is the exact opposite. I’ve really never experienced a contrast like it in my life. You really feel like you’re visiting two different worlds here!“
