The best Dim Sum restaurant in London is the glamorous new project of Coup von Wagamama founder Alan Yau. The restaurateur shelled out a whopping 4.2 million Pounds to create this futuristic dream restaurant.
Designer Christian Liaigre put together this masterpiece: a sky of stars hangs over the tables, and the bar consists of a shimmering glass aquarium filled with exotic fishes. Behind a glass wall and cherry blossom branches, diners can observe the restaurant’s team of chefs cooking away under the supervision of Michelin-star chef Cheong Wah Soon. Restaurant critics have agreed that Yuatcha’s cuisine is first-class. Guests will also discover the tea-room, where a sip of this delicious nectar transports guests to seventh heaven.
