Zotter chocolates are made by hand. The chocolate coating conceals layer upon layer of expertly stratified filling. As a first rate chocolate manufacturer Josef Zotter uses this layering technique to give his chocolates an aromatic synergy. The entire Zotter range including rarities like rowan berry and bio whiskey are procured in compliance with fair trade.
