Jene 390 Atm. Wasserdruck, welchen die Oyster Perpetual Sea-Dweller Deepsea problemlos widersteht, wird keiner davon selbst ausprobieren können. Immerhin wären das 3.900 m Tauchtiefe. Aber alle können sicher sein, dass Rolex jede der 43 mm großen Stahl-Armbanduhren auf diesen Extremwert testet.

Merkmale sind u.a. eine neuartige Gehäusekonstruktion namens „Ring Lock System“, ein 5,5 mm dickes Saphirglas und Wartelisten, bis man seine 7.800 Euro-„Deepsea“ endlich am Handgelenk zeigen kann.
